Do you make initial assessment online?
Yes. If you send pictures (and if available an X-ray), we can assess your case online and make a specific offer. We reply in 1 business day.
X-ray is especially useful for implant cases.
How many visits to Turkey are required?
All treatments except implants are performed in 1 visit to Istanbul.
Implant treatments require 2 visits separated by 3-6 months. First visit is for implants (the root) and second one is for the crowns (the cap. White part) .
Cases with advanced bone loss or inflammation might require 3 visits but this is rare.
How many days should I stay in Turkey?
For crowns and veneers, 5-8 nights are required. For implants 3-5 nights are recommended.
What does the all-inclusive package include?
All-inclusive dental package includes the treatment, hotel with breakfast and transfers in Istanbul.
Thus, all major costs except flights are covered.
Does the package cover accommodation?
Yes, the package includes hotel with breakfast. We handle the booking.
Does the package cover flight tickets?
No, plane tickets are not included in the package.
Which airport should I use in Istanbul?
There are 2 airports in Istanbul. Istanbul airport (IST) is closer to the city center. Sabiha Gokcen (SAW) is also possible.
Do you make group discounts?
Yes. If 2 or more patients come to Istanbul together for treatment, we make special group discount.
Can I have a custom package?
Yes, if you inform us about your preferences like coming with a spouse/partner or family, we adjust the package accordingly.
Is there a deposit or down payment before I come?
No, there is no down payment or deposit. All payment is at the clinic before the treatment.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We request at least 48 hours' notice before flight for any changes to your appointment.
Dental Treatments
Which treatments do you offer?
We provide a full range of dental treatments including implants, crowns, veneers, teeth cleaning and whitening.
Are crown and veneer treatments completed in 1 visit?
What materials do you use for crowns and veneers?
Zirconia (Zirconium) is used for crowns. Thin, laminated porcelain (leaf structure) is used for veneers. Metal-fused porcelain is not used at all in the treatments, as it is less durable and visually inferior.
Do you have an in-house dental lab?
Yes. Crowns, veneers and temporary prostheses (for implant treatments) are prepared at the in-house lab, which is next to the clinic area.
Fast and efficient dentist-technician-patient communication is an important advantage for achieving desired results in a timely manner.
Which implant brand do you use?
Medentika line of Straumann brand (German-Swiss) implants are used. The brand is well-known and available internationally.
Do you take X-ray at the clinic?
Yes, a free X-ray is taken at clinic before your appointment with the dentist.
What kind of anesthesia is used?
Local anesthesia is used in the treatments.
What are the risk factors for healing?
Diabetes, osteoporosis, immune system disorders and smoking are the main concerns that might impair the healing process. Please inform us before booking if you have one of these conditions.
